Current Employee2.9Sep 14, 2023Attrition at this company is off the charts. Over 50% of reps will be forced out or quit within 90 days. On average 30% will hit quota. Get ready to do lots of cold calling as the AE role is viewed as "full cycle" which just means you generate your own business and SDR support is "gravy". It's been said the AE role is a glorified SDR position.
