They take advantage of you and force you to call until you almost lose your voice. The commission structure is terrible, and they hire a ton because the turnover is through the roof. Nobody is looking to stay here long term. The Leadership is a joke. I was interviewing for an AE role after working here as an SDR and they laughed when I asked why they chose me to interview out of the few candidates. They then proceeded to tell me it was because I was one of the few that hit a certain metric and they were basically forced to interview due to their "promotion outline". They don't care or take an interest in employees even though they are under 100 employees. My advice is to run from this place. You can get your foot in the door and experience somewhere else if you're early in your career.

Attrition at this company is off the charts. Over 50% of reps will be forced out or quit within 90 days. On average 30% will hit quota. Get ready to do lots of cold calling as the AE role is viewed as "full cycle" which just means you generate your own business and SDR support is "gravy". It's been said the AE role is a glorified SDR position.
