The company wants results more than anything- so while roles that are focused on sustainability and growth (ops, onboarding, etc) have the ability to utilize benefits. If you’re in sales- your output is how you obtain your conversion metrics.
The ability to move up and get promoted however is unparalleled. You have to be willing to do the work AND deal with an 80-90% turnover for sales promotions. That said-the teammates are wonderful, the managers are supportive and give the best sales training I’ve ever seen, and if you hit your goals you WILL be promoted in under 8 months. There are promotion paths outside of AE that make it an attractive role.
The product is genuinely aligned in the market which is helpful, however the market is more resistant to change.
Over all, decent job if you’re ok with making 90 dials a day and not getting a new territory until you’ve booked a meeting with 15% of the accounts given.
