Get ready to do lots of cold calling as the AE role is viewed as "full cycle" which just means you generate your own business and SDR support is "gravy". It's been said the AE role is a glorified SDR position.

Current Employee3.1Jan 26, 2024Very high turnover with tough quotas to hit. Good product but not as competitive of pay as you would want when you are asked to make hundreds of cold calls. Wouldn’t recommend unless looking to break into tech sales, would be a good starting point
