Toptal is a fast paced organization with extremely talented people working here. Everyone is involved even though we are fully remote and the support received in my role is second to none. I've been in sales 15+ years, and this is the best sales org I've ever worked for. There is a lot expected of you, but the company has very lofty goals as it moves to a true professional services organization.

not the highest earning place, but you will have great mental health. They make it easy to succeed, the workflows are seamless, and expectations are very realistic. It's excellent compensation for the amount of work you actually do. Great upward mobility; people are always getting promoted.

Overall the model and talent network has the potential to make Toptal a leader in the space.
