My overall experience has been quite positive at Toptal. Like most organizations during times of economic downturn, there have been challenges to overcome, but Toptal has done a solid job in paving a path forward for individual reps and teams to grow. This includes transparent leadership and a constant refinement of sales processes and development in order to succeed.

Easy job, decent inbound lead flow, short deal cycle, good product market fit. Incredibly TOXIC culture, they have a script for disco calls and control word for word what you say, if you don't adhere to it strictly they let you go regardless of performance

not the highest earning place, but you will have great mental health. They make it easy to succeed, the workflows are seamless, and expectations are very realistic. It's excellent compensation for the amount of work you actually do. Great upward mobility; people are always getting promoted.
