Decent can do better in terms employee satisfaction. Mediocre benefits for employees in terms of healthcare, team outings. Very frugal. Culture, Diversity is excellent. Professional growth is low to none.

Can't figure out how this org isn't rating much higher. There's so many smart people here, fully remote, generous base compensation. Everyone is so welcoming. I'm thinking disgruntled laid off employees left the lower ones. Every sales org has reps that just aren't built to sell. A players, B players, C players, and layoffs. Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good.
