Easy job, decent inbound lead flow, short deal cycle, good product market fit. Incredibly TOXIC culture, they have a script for disco calls and control word for word what you say, if you don't adhere to it strictly they let you go regardless of performance

The sales managers are great and supportive, they're willing to offer advice and feedback constructively. Leadership is fickle. They change directions on the CEO's whim.
