not the highest earning place, but you will have great mental health. They make it easy to succeed, the workflows are seamless, and expectations are very realistic. It's excellent compensation for the amount of work you actually do. Great upward mobility; people are always getting promoted.

Toptal is a great company and is the leader in the freelance talent space. Compensation is good but not great, unlimited potential to earn just depends on the inbound lead quality and your ability to convert those leads.

Easy job, decent inbound lead flow, short deal cycle, good product market fit. Incredibly TOXIC culture, they have a script for disco calls and control word for word what you say, if you don't adhere to it strictly they let you go regardless of performance
