Everyone on the SDR hits quota. There are currently 7 people who are 2x their entire quota. They are extremely flexible with work and have amazing market fit. Highly recommend working for Toptal.

Satisfactory. I was happy with my role at Toptal until there were some changes in leadership recently. At that point things became murky and expectations unclear and unrealistic.
