Former Employee terrible company with directives and leadership always changing. Reps do not hit quota because management creates unattainable quotas so they can pay less per sale. Management does not care about their employees and work life balance does not exist. They expect you to be travelling 3/4 4 weeks of the month, yet the pay does not align. Sales are difficult since Top Hat has a poor reputation and very high turnover. SF is a mess and customers get pounded by SDR/AE/CSM since there is no cross-collaboration. Browse Other Reviews
