Incredible organization and product, however the sales department is facing some roadblock. Scaled quickly and too many reps in some saturated markets. New products constantly being added with not enough technical training. The sales cycle has become complex and too long for the monthly quotas

Best product on the market, and a pretty good culture, but going through some adjustments throughout the company. Ultra focused on growth, so it becomes a bit transactional and not enough customer focus.
