Incredible organization and product, however the sales department is facing some roadblock. Scaled quickly and too many reps in some saturated markets. New products constantly being added with not enough technical training. The sales cycle has become complex and too long for the monthly quotas

I love Toast, but the only struggle is base compensation. Sometimes it takes time for the deals you close to actualize into commission
