Overall experience with this company (Westlaw specifically) is that they put in as little as possible while expecting the world. Six months after starting with the company (while having no direct manager in place) the job was turned on its head. No explanation for the changes and increased quota. Would never have accepted the position if I was presented the opportunity with the changes. Add in that the manger that was eventually installed had no problem eschewing all ethics and it was an easy decision to leave. Reps are a number, that’s all.

Here at Thomson the sales culture and senior leadership is absolutely horrible. TR is a finance driven company and has zero sales culture. They could really use to benefit from having sr leaders who know what it’s like to sell and don’t just look at red and black on a spreadsheet.
