Solid company but does not a lot of room for growth past a particular stage, they tend to build comp plans that are top-heavy and hard to achieve

My overall experience was poor as my job was cut in 4 no sooner than I built up an epic 5-7x SaaS funnel. Having said that it is a wonderful place to work with great people but weak sales leadership who did not understand enterprise sales at all. This role came with no product training or user guide for the tool either.

Comp plan gets decimated every year. They do NOT like paying for outperformance. They reduced accelerators to be 'more fair' to the underperformers! Average management within the sales team. Good products and product team. Finance will try to limit commissions.
