I loved working for this company, they just don’t pay. They know they have a high turnover because of it and are OK with that because of the brand name and eagerness for reps to work for them. Great stepping stone in sales though!

My overall experience at this company is difficult to get by with such low pay in 2025. The commission is also paid out over 3 months, so you can't expect to bring home your full pay for that month either.

Experience started really well until they cut the inbound lead source for new account execs in half, giving them to the senior execs and not adjusting our quotas accurately and actually raising them, while taking away 50% of our hottest lead source. Overall, I've had a ton of growth at the company and have been happy with my career, but there's room for improvement. There's been a lack of product innovation, which is frustrating given the talent we have available. I do well enough and am happy with my base + comp, but I know I could make more elsewhere.
