Overall, I've had a ton of growth at the company and have been happy with my career, but there's room for improvement. There's been a lack of product innovation, which is frustrating given the talent we have available. I do well enough and am happy with my base + comp, but I know I could make more elsewhere.

overall its a decent place to work - base comp is embarrassingly low and not competitive at all - and commission structure changes often so don't really know what you can expect to make. a lot of changes going on in upper management so feels a bit uneasy currently.

My overall experience at this company is difficult to get by with such low pay in 2025. The commission is also paid out over 3 months, so you can't expect to bring home your full pay for that month either.
