Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Experience started really well until they cut the inbound lead source for new account execs in half, giving them to the senior execs and not adjusting our quotas accurately and actually raising them, while taking away 50% of our hottest lead source. The training seemed very high level and I felt like I had to train myself for the coming months after training for the questions clients actually ask. Felt very disorganized and a majority of the tenured reps had life easy with great inbounds and the newer reps were struggling in the trenches with a very high turnover rate for new reps.
