Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Leadership has completely turned over in the last year and TKWW has moved from a people-first company to completely revenue-driven with little regard for work-life balance and mental health. Policies and business processes change on a whim with little training or information. The base salary is FAR below the national standard for the account executives and sales managers and compensation has become more difficult to excel at due to the leadership turnover and significant spike in quotas. The product has seen little improvement for vendors who rely on it for advertising causing extremely poor vendor sentiment and allowing our competition to take the top spot in the market.
The best part about working with the company is their commitment to DE&I and work-life balance with unlimited PTO, although with the recent spike in quotas sales reps don't feel they can take the time and aren't allowed to work overtime even though most of them do and don't get paid for it.
