Been here for a bit now and the leadership has been great. The tough part is the training and getting off the ground. There is really no structure on how to do stuff but people are supportive and not too cutthroat.

Base salary is low for ICs but those are the ones has that have the highest financial upside because the business can be annuitized. Sales leaders have a decent bonus opportunity but spend most of their time managing process and metrics.
