Current Employee3.3Aug 22, 2023Been here for a bit now and the leadership has been great. The tough part is the training and getting off the ground. There is really no structure on how to do stuff but people are supportive and not too cutthroat.

Former Employee2.9Mar 24, 2025Wouldn't recommend joining this company. They are struggling to keep up in the market and their market strategy isn't desirable to clients. They just cut commission rates for all of their salespeople and everyone received a pay decrease. They promise a lot up front and take more away from you each year. Would avoid at all cost.
