It's a churn and burn but a good opportunity to start your sales career. They offer a low amount of training and a high turnover rate. It's SDR for life with no clear advancement for promotion into a AE role. Only possible advancement is into management. While I was there they raised quotas and switched people into different inbound and outbound teams after working a combination of both leads for well over a year. When I was not able to hit the same targets with 100% outbound data they terminated me. It's fully remote and offers flexible pto though they discourage vacations. My advice is remember that management does not have your back because there whole business model that they market to companies is that they help manage the hiring and turnover that is prevalent for SDRs. They expect you to either burn out or leave eventually. Don't become complacent. Get your experience on your resume and move on to something better.

Base compensation is the best thing they have to offer, and that is not worth all the bullying that they out you through. Awful and very unprofessional work place.
