My experience at Soci was disappointing. Accounts were constantly shuffled and mid quarter changes like introducing an Inside Sales Rep team disrupted earning potential. Leadership also changed the comp structure mid quarter leaving many employees with significantly reduced income. Since the Boston team joined the culture has become cliquey making it hard to grow...Read More
