The leadership directly above me seem to have my interest and goals in mind but it gets lost the further up you go. Pay isn't the best but there is a lot of investment in enabling staff to be able to sell into the ICP they sell to.

My experience was ok at best, very numbers focussed and self gen heavy, if you cant self source dont bother, its like 95% self sourced, marketing dont provide any leads. toxic environment where youre called out in public on underperformance, HR say the right things around EDI, charity (you never hear the end of it) but essentially do as they are told

Good place to work depending on what team you are in. There is a huge focus on just hitting numbers rather than solving clients problems with software solutions. Very limited integration of existing products.
