Overall the Identity offering of Thales lacked innovation and direction from its leadership. The CEOs messaged to teams was 'work harder' without offering any support/ tools to scale. Sales were strictly via 2-Tier channel model which was not mature.

Great company overall. Lots of amazing solutions globally. Good people. Selling NNL on Identity team has been challenging of late. GTM changes every January on Identity team and with it the comp plan changes, combined with product headwinds have made it extremely difficult to come close to hitting OTE.

Great culture and strong product market fit. Pricing is a little high versus competing vendors. Strong leadership thats always willing to help but limited product training.
