Former Employee2.4May 10, 2024My time there was >5 years ago and came in via an acquisition. We were a software company and Thales clearly had the mindset of a hardware vendor. That showed in GTM strategy, leadership and overall compensation. So take it for what it’s worth given it was 5 years ago.
