Current Employee Advice would be to avoid completely.
Base salary is competitive however in the new biz team only 1 rep is anywhere near target and that is due to being handed the best deals when a rep leaves. Av deal size is 40/50K and not the whales promoted in the interview stage (150K plus) - these come from existing accounts that have grown over an extensive period of time when Templafy is too big a solution to rip out.
There is no feedback loop - no employee surveys just a traffic light system held in team meetings (that doesn't happen), no exit interviews, no personal development - if you have an idea of an approach on a deal that the manager hasn't come up with, it will be shut down. No room for utilising any pre-existing skills and no patience on deals - they want a process followed early in the Q but once Q end approaches the cost and process is dropped which creates a terrible experience for the customer.
Work to remove the boys club that existed has failed - colleagues speak badly about each other behind their backs, managers criticise leadership (think VP about CRO).
