Current Employee In the AE role your manager is a director of growth who reports directly to the COO. The COO very visibly doesn’t care about the sales team he just wants us to print money. We don’t have a sales kick off, team outings, nothing of the sort. Our company is always complaining about money and takes things away from us. We used to have a gym stipend, home office stipend, etc which is now gone because we claim we are poor as a company. They talk about base raises and bonus’s but then never give them and claim this is what we have to do so we don’t lay people off.
