Pros New CRO came in 3 months ago and really improved the culture on pre-sales and post-sales team. Best technology in the market and consistently winning against competition like Thoughtspot. Really big brands as customers and high ACV. Cons Typical startup issues. No sales enablement team so leadership does the enablement.

Overall not very good, if you’re looking to start your sales career here I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere. If you’re an experienced rep I’d also steer clear, you’ll get yourself a killer base but that’s about it.
