Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Good product, but the management is not ready for prime time. Product developed by engineers who have contempt for salespeople. Marketing is basically an engineer writing LONG marketing e-books that almost no one downloads. The marketing group is an engineer who has never sold anything, and thus has no idea of the marketplace. The BDR process is poor at best. A lot of sales executives have cycled through the company. After twelve months of virtually no sales, they are summarily fired. At what point does management look itself in the mirror and say "Maybe it is not that we are hiring bad salespeople, maybe engineers thinking they know how to run sales is not working." The HR function is poor at best - no matching 401k, average health benefits, and not very good at resolving employee issues. Beware of the fake reviews on other sites that rate the company with five stars and use hyperbole to explain how 'great' the company is. The company also has fake LinkedIn profiles to make the company look larger than it is. The company does have potential, but the sales culture does not lend itself to success.
