Company kept changing KPIs to make them unattainable mid way through quarter making extremely difficult to hit target. No advancement opportunities or not worth it to put the effort in. Management doesn’t listen to feedback.

For sales role in Barcelona: great place to start gaining experience and learning, great importance is given to continuous training. But the work is not stimulating and they pay the minimum wage. zero work culture, only join if you have no other option and are about to hit rock bottom. They treat all their employees as vendors and exploit the incoming migrant population by offering very low base + incentives. along with long hours and zero policies and procedure in place even there health insurance is rickety.
