Commision structure is not a true commission, it is more of a "bonus" which is only paid out on 100%+ quota attainment. So even if you hit 99% of the plan, you get nothing above your base, which is sad.

My overall experience was hard I did not like how they treated their employees. They do not pay enough for the job that they’re asking for. It is great to work with great clients
