For sales role in Barcelona: great place to start gaining experience and learning, great importance is given to continuous training. But the work is not stimulating and they pay the minimum wage. Managerial roles are also low paid compared to other companies, once you have experience there is no reason to stay. Good environment. Recommended only for young people who want to gain experience, with that salary it will be difficult to put money aside.

Company kept changing KPIs to make them unattainable mid way through quarter making extremely difficult to hit target. No advancement opportunities or not worth it to put the effort in. Management doesn’t listen to feedback.
