There are plenty of enablement resources available, and teams built specifically to support sales, but self starters tend to do better than those who need lots of support and hand holding, because it's a fast paced environment that requires fast thinking and creativity.

Current Employee4.1Sep 12, 2024Amazing company where hard workers are rewarded. Management are very hands on & truly care about your personal & professional development. The people make this place. The only downside in my mind is that the pay is lower than other organizations especially for entry level roles.
