Tanium has a great Roadmap and exceptional visibility, speed & control for customers. If they can pull off half of their roadmap for next year, they will probably be bought by a bigger vendor.

Tanium pays you a high base and ote because the product is so difficult to sell. It's complicated to set up and manage but once in an environment customers love it and tend to purchase more use cases over time. Tanium sells an incredible product that can really transform how an organization goes about managing IT but struggles with sticking to a GTM strategy for longer than 6 weeks. Poor/limited training, sales wears a lot of hats, average quota attainment is less than 30%, sales tools are limited
