To start it was a great place to work, they supported you and had a great leadership team. However with the current CRO and SVP of sales in America, they have gutted the culture, where over 75% of the first line managers have left since April 2024. Then they went on a rampage of firing people that have hit their number but didn't produce for 1 quarter. Also in order to do this they put you on a 28 day PIP to close business... I left because of the change in leadership, because they were very unprofessional.

Overall good experience but market may have passed them by with competition catching up or marketing the same message (i.e. every says "real time", Microsoft E5/G5, etc.).

Tech organization that is now gaining ground in terms of professional sales GTM and value selling. Market is adopting to platform strategy. Missing killer feature hinders faster sales cycles and new logo business.
