Tanium is focused on adding value to their existing capabilities, which will continue to satisfy existing customers. The partnerships with MSFT and ServiceNow make investment in Tanium a logical step for large organizations who are already heavily invested in those platforms. The sales cycle is still highly complex and lengthy, but customers are generally satisfied. Tanium needs to improve their Support Center to reduce MTTR for customers, as they move away from the TAM model for some customers. Support Center simply isn't able to manage those tickets at this point.
