My overall experience here was that there is a high turnover. Newly managed sales team with no sense of direction or proper training. The commission structure was not fitting for the amount of work required.

Not a single sales leader has ever survived there more than 3 years. This is a product led org that does not understand how to support sales. OTE is a pipe dream that is never achieved. The benefits are amazing, though, which is great.
