Startup company so they had a lot of moving parts. People getting promoted left and right as fast as people were being fired.

Not a single sales leader has ever survived there more than 3 years. This is a product led org that does not understand how to support sales. OTE is a pipe dream that is never achieved. The benefits are amazing, though, which is great.
