The company has gone from 80+ sales reps to less than 10 in 6 months time. Culture was great in the begging and I don't even know what I would call it now besides toxic. They likely will not be hiring anytime soon but do your research before taking a role with Talroo.

The [former] VP of Sales gambled with the founder’s money in 2022 by hiring unproven reps and inexperienced managers, buying unnecessary technology, and not investing into training and development with experienced professionals. Dumpster fire. There are co existing relationships that are heard to break through. Bc of those relationships, you do not feel apart of the team. The culture is cut throat, no one sahres successes. One SDR out preforms them all, & there is no enablement here. AE's will steal accounts from your book, & the managers will not do anything about it unless you stand up for...Read More
