Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Dumpster fire. There are co existing relationships that are heard to break through. Bc of those relationships, you do not feel apart of the team. The culture is cut throat, no one sahres successes. One SDR out preforms them all, & there is no enablement here. AE's will steal accounts from your book, & the managers will not do anything about it unless you stand up for yourself & even then nothing gets done. Fair negotiate on base salary but the money was not worth the mental turmoil that is Talroo. Sales trainings where the managers are asking the reps to structure & lead meetings ourselves is a red flag. They should be enabling us to better sell the products & services. Save yourself & don't work here.
