Former Employee2.9Dec 12, 2023Talkdesk’s products are great. However, the management in the sales org is terrible. The pay is OK, but only 10% of reps were hitting quota. Management is toxic and they have been through multiple CRO’s in a short time. The last one stayed for 9 months. It’s a turbulent environment and honestly, I would never work there again.
