No strategy, limited resources, processes are a mess. Lots of potential if leadership would stop focusing on repackaging products to match the latest buzzwords and focus on brand awareness. Until then, success depends highly on territory.

The commercial motion was pretty good but the enterprise motion was extremely difficult. And the difficulty was often ignored by leadership. Success/quota attainment was often compared to commercial attainment. Very volume driven, quantity over quantity mindset.
