Overall my personal experience has been great at TFB. Base pay is lower than I would want it to be honest, but tti makes up for it. Retail stores send leads to SMB and we get an active base to call and upsell, but it is majorly focused on new logo accounts. I have had a good experience and my territory worked out great for me there are many people who leave after their ramp period and that do struggle.

They cater so much to the "inclusive community" that they completely disregard the belief of others if they don't align with those "pro"-everything. It should be neutral.
