A great place to cut your teeth as a young salesperson. The training is world class and I still owe a lot of my professional success to TEKsystems. They are years I look back fondly on. Multi presidents club winner. Good out of college, maybe not seasoned professional. Far too many internal meetings. Policies that are highly suspect + high variability of success (but can reach high pay). Little behind in the times but far ahead of their competition (absolute trash). Great training.

Very manual sales process, extremely complex org structure for sales to navigate to be successful, low performers are allowed to stick around for too long.
