Back to ReviewsFormer Employee A great place to cut your teeth as a young salesperson. The training is world class and I still owe a lot of my professional success to TEKsystems. They are years I look back fondly on. The negatives are the staffing industry in general is a grind, the organization is trying to find its new identity through its global services arm, and the compensation is lacking. The commission structure is extremely complex and sometimes felt like smoke and mirrors, along with what they describe as internal stock options with no true value. If you're a young professional or an outsider who has the ability to join the global services arm, I would highly recommend TEKsystems.
