Policies that are highly suspect + high variability of success (but can reach high pay). Little behind in the times but far ahead of their competition (absolute trash). Great training.

The leadership in my office is absolutely amazing and the people who work here are also great people. Takes on average 8 months to see you first bit of commission but the base pay helps a lot.
