A great place to cut your teeth as a young salesperson. The training is world class and I still owe a lot of my professional success to TEKsystems. They are years I look back fondly on. The negatives are the staffing industry in general is a grind, the organization is trying to find its new identity through its global services arm, and the compensation is lacking....Read More

Multi presidents club winner. Good out of college, maybe not seasoned professional. Far too many internal meetings. Policies that are highly suspect + high variability of success (but can reach high pay). Little behind in the times but far ahead of their competition (absolute trash). Great training.
