TEKsystems has been a great company to work for with a huge sense of job security. Great base pay right out of college and an amazing SDR program. The leadership in my office is absolutely amazing and the people who work here are also great people. Takes on average 8 months to see you first bit of commission but the base pay helps a lot. People make insane money here once you land that one great account.

Fantastic training program, low base salary, bare benefits (especially 401k and health care plan), great OTE compensation. Top earners earn over $1,000,000. Comp structure leans heavily into tenure and long term performance and tends to benefit candidates who come in at the entry level.

great for training and good culture, but terrible commission structure. they take 95+% of your money until you are raking in hundreds of thousands for the company due to a sliding commission. loved my team but ultimately most recruiters I knew made around 80-90k which is not very lucrative.
