Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Let's just say it's not what was advertised in interviews. There is a serious lack of direction or a mission of what we are trying to solve. There are numerous products, some fit well and others have no competitive advantage. There are partners, but a complete lack of strategy as to how we should work with them.
There may be some bright spots ahead as there have been some strong new hires in leadership around marketing and product, and finally some investment in products to uplevel sales and marketing as well, but those are going to take time.
No one is hitting their numbers save for about 20% of the sales people, and this includes very talented reps who are not even close to quota. The processes are highly disorganized or overly burdensome to get anything done, no in between. Browse Other Reviews
