Overall not great but not bad. They do provide extensive training but minimal support once you are on your own. Not diverse so I felt separated from the group. Pay was okay but OTE was not obtainable unless you were top 10 of 100. Benefits were meh. Lots of micromanagement.

Overall experience is strong. Many changes being made at leadership level which should bring positive results. Inbound leads are next to nothing and market is saturated, so hopefully new management will drive product innovation and mergers/acquisitions. Plan is to get company ready to go IPO at some point.
